Visit the Bottle Shop in our distillery to sample our small-batch spirits, browse local beer and wine, or bulk up your home bar with a wide selection of craft spirits, house-made cocktail syrups, unique mixers, bitters, garnishes, bottled cocktails, barware and more. We offer a thoughtful selection of cocktail kits, gifts and special occasion bottles or, easy weeknight wine and beer to go. Not in the mood to browse? Order online for easy Local Pickup: pull up in our loading zone on SE Salmon St and we’ll bring your goodies to your car!
Spirit Flights
Interested in trying our craft spirits? No need for a reservation! We offer a casual atmosphere and tasting flights daily. Choose from our lineup of small-batch spirits, seasonal releases, single-barrel whiskeys, and experimental offerings. Our Bottle Shop staff will be happy to chat about distillation processes, ingredients, sources, and all sorts of fun facts. Depending on what we’re working on, you might even catch a peek behind the scenes.

Mini Cocktails
Sip and shop! Our bottle shop at the distillery, is a cocktail-lovers paradise; stocked with local syrups, bitters, mixers, and all of the tools you need to make drinks at home like a pro.
On weekends we offer a rotating selection of mini cocktails featuring our craft spirits and house-made cocktail syrups. These tiny tipples are a fun way to try a new drink, explore cocktail recipe ideas, or both! Plus, we stock all the spirits, mixers, bitters, and garnishes at our Bottle Shop. We’ll have everything you need to make one at home or gift the ingredients to a friend.
Happy Hour
